Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Axlo, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Axlo provides software-as-a-service to manage auto appearance shop operations: quotes, scheduling, photo check-in, invoicing, payments, and reporting.
2. Your account
- You must be 18+ and authorized to bind the business you're signing up for.
- You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- You may invite teammates. Each invited user agrees to these Terms when accepting.
3. Subscription & billing
- Plans are billed monthly in advance. The 14-day free trial does not require a credit card.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- You may cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions stay at their current price for the remainder of the prepaid period.
4. Payments to shops (Stripe Connect)
If you choose to accept customer payments through Axlo, you onboard a Stripe Connect Express account. Stripe holds and pays out funds directly to your bank — we never hold customer money.
- You agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement.
- We charge a platform fee of 0.5% on each successful charge.
- Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks are between you, your customer, and Stripe.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for anything illegal or to harm anyone.
- Send unsolicited bulk SMS or email through the system.
- Attempt to access another shop's data, reverse-engineer the system, or scrape content programmatically.
- Upload content you don't have rights to (photos, logos).
6. Your data
You own your data — customer records, photos, jobs, settings. We process it on your behalf to run the service.
You can export your data at any time by emailing support@axlo.app.
7. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may schedule maintenance windows and will give reasonable notice when we can.
8. Termination
You may cancel any time from Settings → Billing. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail to pay, or that we reasonably believe pose a security or legal risk.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. If changes are material we'll notify account owners by email and update the date at the top of this page.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
