Privacy Policy

1. What this is

Axlo (“we,” “us”) provides software that auto appearance shops use to run their business. This page explains what data we collect, why, and what we do with it.

2. Information we collect

  • Account info: shop name, address, phone, logo, and the email/password you use to sign in.
  • Customer records: the customer names, phones, emails, vehicles, and job history that shops enter into the system.
  • Usage data: pages visited, actions taken, timestamps. We use this to improve the product and debug issues.
  • Payments: when a shop processes payments through Stripe Connect, Stripe collects card data directly. We never see or store full card numbers.

3. How we use it

  • To run the service for you (storing your jobs, sending quote/invoice notifications, processing payments).
  • To send service-related email and SMS — quote receipts, appointment reminders, review requests.
  • To contact you about your account (billing, security, product updates).
  • To diagnose bugs and improve performance.

We do not sell your data. We do not sell your customers' data.

4. Who has access

  • You and your team: users you've invited to your shop. Each shop's data is isolated by row-level security.
  • Service providers we use: Supabase (database/auth), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Resend (email).
  • Law enforcement: only if compelled by valid legal process.

5. Where data lives

Customer and job data is stored in Supabase, hosted on AWS in the United States. Payment data is held by Stripe. Email and SMS pass through Resend and Twilio respectively.

6. Retention

We keep your shop's data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we keep an archived copy for 90 days in case you change your mind, then permanently delete it.

7. Your rights

Email privacy@axlo.app to request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or request deletion. We'll respond within 30 days.

8. SMS & opt-out

Customers receiving SMS notifications can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Once opted out, that customer will not receive automated SMS from any shop using Axlo.

9. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

10. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we'll email account owners and update the date at the top of this page.
